Carbon fiber grades we source

Every grade is available in tow, woven fabric, UD fabric and prepreg form. All orders include mill test certificates and, where required, areal weight spot-checks at the factory before shipment.

Standard modulus (T300 / T700)

The workhorses of structural composites — automotive panels, marine hulls, industrial tooling and sporting goods. T700 offers 10% higher tensile strength than T300 at comparable cost.

Intermediate modulus (T800 / IM7 equivalent)

Preferred for aerospace brackets, pressure vessels and high-performance motorsport. Higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than T300/T700 with good damage tolerance.

High modulus and ultra-high modulus

For applications requiring maximum stiffness at minimum weight: satellite structures, precision instruments and advanced aerospace components.

Prepregs

Epoxy and bismaleimide pre-impregnated carbon fabrics for autoclave and out-of-autoclave processing. We source from mills certified to aerospace and industrial quality management standards.

Importing carbon fiber from China: how it works

Carbon fiber is classified under HS code 5402 (tow) or 5603/5407 (woven). Some grades are subject to dual-use export controls; we handle classification checks before any purchase order is placed.

Step 1 — Specification review

We review your material datasheet or end-use requirements and match them to verified mills in our audited supplier network.

Step 2 — Factory audit

Before the first purchase order, we conduct an on-site capability and quality-management audit. You receive a written report.

Step 3 — Pre-shipment inspection

Our inspector visits the factory when the goods are packed, verifies areal weight, checks for surface defects, counts rolls and photographs everything. Goods only ship on a pass result.

Step 4 — Export documentation

We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, where needed, a material safety data sheet and REACH compliance declaration for EU customs.

Step 5 — Door-to-door delivery

Sea freight (25–40 days to EU ports) or air freight (7–12 days) with final-mile delivery and customs clearance at destination. For Russia and CIS, we handle EAEU customs documentation.
